Erlan Dobronsky is an award-winning business executive with over 20 years of financial planning and analysis, management, operations, market research, and marketing experience with national and multi-national corporations.

His areas of expertise also include business intelligence and applied analytics. He has experience working with community organizations such as the Berks County Latino Chamber of Commerce and has trained individuals and held community workshops on areas such as budgeting, improving credit and starting their own business. He is fully bilingual and translated and interpreted for a non-profit organization for over 20 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As capital acquisition consultant of Widener University SBDC, Erlan is responsible for providing individual one-on-one consulting services and delivering educational sessions to growth companies seeking assistance in structuring financing for capital projects and accessing capital. He advises clients and supports the creation of loan proposals. He is also responsible for growing the Widener SBDC referral network of lenders and clients.

Erlan helps (English & Spanish) clients grow and prosper as on a daily basis he:

• Provides one-on-one advice and consulting in areas of business plan development, financial analysis and loan proposal development
• Analyzes the financing needs of the client, determine the optimal capital structure to support the project and assess the potential financing resources based on credit worthiness, eligibility and suitability
• Structures commercially viable loan proposals for complex projects
• Analyzes financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements
• Performs debt coverage ratio analyses, determine credit risk, evaluate financial metrics and key financial ratios
• Supports clients in the preparation of financial projections, financial models and pro forma statements to assist clients with start­ up, expansion or key business growth decisions.
