Companies fail because they do not understand their targeted customers and fail to get any traction. How to understand the targeted customers’ jobs to be done, pains, and gains desired and to formulate a valid value proposition. Techniques such as the Elevator Pitch, Value Proposition Canvas, and other methodologies are utilized, and discussions on interviewing techniques. The attendees will need to interview ten to twenty prospective customers to discover if the proposed value proposition and what the customer desires align with or how they need to be changed.
This is session one of a four session course! Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend all of the four sessions.
