Description:
Based on the results of customer discovery, how to build a set of assumptions and methods to test and validate these assumptions. These include developing your competitive positioning, pricing, and sales and marketing channels. The attendees will need to interview ten to twenty prospective customers and conduct any pertinent experiments to test these assumptions.
This is session two of a four session course! Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend all of the four sessions.
