​Joe’s extensive professional background includes executive positions at high technology companies including VP of Business Development, Marketing and Sales at Real3D, a semiconductor startup, where he led the introduction of the company’s first commercial product.

He was part of the executive team that secured outside funding and a successful exit via an acquisition of the company by a major corporation. Prior to this, he was responsible for new business development and worldwide sales at high technology companies and opened a software design center for Intel in Munich Germany.
